Zhongdong Primary School

Zhongdong Primary school is in Zhongdong, the major town near Xidamingshan. The students there know alot about the environment and are concerned about protecting nature. We will work together to raise awareness about the Oriental Pied Hornbills and learn about what needs to be done to protect them and their habitat. The students and their teachers are very active and ethusiastic. They enjoy learning about hornbills, their habitat, and the forest ecosytem of Xidamingshan. They are great friends to the XDMS hornbills. We have done two activites at ZD Primary School and look forward to doing more. These young environmentalists are the future for protecting XDMS' hornbills and the rest of China's natural environment.
